Founded in 2001, Jewpik belongs to Hiugong Group which is a large OEM manufacturer specializing in light industry, transimssion device, and engine parts with the latest technology. Our manufacturing processes include injection molding, casting, forging, welding and machining. The company is located in Xiamen High-tech Industrial Zone, adjacent to Guangdong and Shanghai, China's modern manufacturing centers. In our R&D, there are more than 20 experienced engineers responsible for new product design and process development. Our foreign trade department is specifically responsible for export business. Products are exported to dozens of overseas countries such as Russia, India, the Middle East, the United Arab Emirates, European, and South Africa, as well as some countries in Southeast Asia.

The existing factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with an office area of 1,000 square meters, and 200 employees, including many technicians with more than 20 years of experience. Under the ISO 9001 quality management system, the company operates to high standards. The company has complete processing and testing equipment, such as CNC machining centers, castings, forgings, stamping machines, etc.; automatic welding lines, two-dimensional and three-dimensional coordinates, hardness testers, weld flaw detectors, etc.

01.Confirm The Demands

02.Provide Quotation
After we have obtained the specifications and other parameters requested by the customer, we need to hold a technical workshop to determine the feasibility of the customer's specific specifications.If the customer's requirements meet our production requirements. We will make a written offer to the customer and request compliance. If it doesn’t meet our production technical requirements, we will communicate with the customer immediately and then discuss product details and solutions.

03. Development of samples
Samples are made in an international clean room in 10-15 days, with over 10 CNC machines to support our customers' individual requirements.After the samples have been made, we will carry out sample tests on performance, endurance and water resistance. After the inspection, we will ship the prototype to the customer.

04.Start Mass Production
The customer is asked to check our products. After the inspection is correct, the customer pays a 30% down payment of the order and we start to prepare the production materials in about 5-20 days, then the product is assembled.

05.Packaging and shipping
Random checks are carried out before dispatch to ensure the quality of the product. We also check the quantity of these products to ensure that the quantity is the same as the customer's requirements. After all indicators are confirmed, we will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date. The customer pays 70% of the balance and FOB, CIF and we will ship the goods via DHL, UPS, TNT within 2-5 working days after payment. And track the whole shipping process until the customer receives the goods.
